Greens, Red, and Yellows as Fertility Diet



We all know that fruits and vegetables are full with vitamins and minerals. They also contain free-radical-busting micronutrients, like phytochemicals and antioxidants.

In order to have a healthy diet, you must buy brightly colored fruits and vegetables like blueberries, red peppers, and kale. Did you know that the more vivid the hue, the more nutrients are the fruits and vegetables. Make sure to have 2 cups of fruit and 3 cups of veggies every day!
